Our selection includes the barley-fed Angus of Wanderer Beef, known for its rich marbling and buttery texture, and the premium Black Opal Wagyu, celebrated for its intense umami and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness along with Grass-fed American wagyu from Whitefish, Montana.
