Sourced from the cool, pristine regions of southern Australia, Southern Grain Black Angus is raised with a focus on quality, consistency, and care. These cattle are grain-fed for a minimum of 150 days to develop rich marbling, tenderness, and depth of flavor, resulting in a refined, premium beef experience that delivers exceptional quality in every cut.
